So I figured North Everett could use a clean, well priced family oriented pizza joint.  We took some money outta the bank & moved in to the old Papi's space on Hewitt Ave. I spent the better part of a month creating a pizza dough & sauce that would separate us from the other guys. Then I pondered a few non-pizza ideas just to appeal to the non-pizza eaters (are there any? really?) . The results are in! Great pizzas, gourmet burgers, a devastating Texas chili, hot sandwiches and homebaked desserts. Our meatballs, sauces & dressings are long-time family recipes. The Texas chili recipe has been in my family for thirty years.

BBQ Cheddar Bacon Burger 1/3 lb. beef, two slices cheddar, bacon, fresh red onions & lettuce smothered in the bosses' famous BBQ sauce.
